Build & Develop Your Club With England Netball

If you’ve ever struggled with the number of members at your club or the standard of activity in all areas such as; playing, coaching, umpiring and administrating, England Netball’s Club Action Planning Scheme or C.A.P.S is made for you.  Instead of having to go through the painful process of sitting there and wondering how to build and develop your club (a feeling that most of us know well), England Netball have developed a scheme that will kick-start the development process for you.

In day-to-day Netball most of us are frequently confronted by important “must do” tasks that which we’d rather not do.  I’m talking about normal things like: raising the profile of your club, attracting new players, relaying important information to your players, club administration & management and on and on.  Then there are the more complex tasks such as: applying for funding, developing your players individually, fund raising, supporting the youth team etc.

The fact is most of us just don’t have the information.  We run our life, that’s what we do first and foremost.  Of course, we can always try to farm the job out to someone else or ignore it all together, but that is often a problem when it comes to the start of the season and we’re struggling for players again. Depending on others can be costly.

C.A.P.S has been designed to let you do those necessary tasks yourself with the help of your Middlesex Netball Development Co-ordinator.  It provides you with the guidance and information of just about any type of club development you can think of.  C.A.P.S takes accepted sports development ideas that you can identify with and that you will be able to easily adapt to your own club and personal situation effortlessly.
